At TrustCare Insurance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a straightforward and hassle-free process for returning or exchanging your items.

1. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.
  • The product must have original tags attached, along with the original packaging and any accessories that came with the item.

This policy applies to all items unless otherwise specified in the section below on non-returnable items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@trustcareinsurance.click with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with detailed instructions on how to return your product.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Worn or damaged items that show signs of use.
  • Personalized or customized products that cannot be resold.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please refer to the section below for instructions on how to proceed.

3. How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@trustcareinsurance.click with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN): We will provide you with an RAN and return instructions.
  • Prepare the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
  • Ship the Return: Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN.

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, fault, or error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by you, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refunds will be issued only for items that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@trustcareinsurance.click. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement product or issuing a full refund.

  • For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the damage and the product.
  • If your item is defective, we may request a video or detailed description of the issue.

We will arrange for the item to be returned at no additional cost to you, and a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
